Incredible view from the balcony at the 38th floor. Tallest building on that neighborhood. Many pools and a complete gym on the hotel. The flat is modern, spacious and clean. The only problem was a bad smell from the sewage but the host said it will be fixed soon.

BEWARE! I would not stay here even if I was paid to. The check-in process was harrowing at best. The place was not clean at all, and the check-in process was very tumultuous. I got the ok to check in early and ended up arriving 1 hour earlier than I previously thought. Dubai airport security is very quick. I was told the place needed "a little bit" of cleaning and it would take about 15 minutes. 1 hour later (to the previously agreed upon check-in time) I walk into the place and there are hairs everywhere, a whole carton (like supermarket sized) of cigarettes left behind, and dirty towels lying on the floor and in the bathroom. The bed sheets have obviously not been changed and nothing is clean. I call the host and explain everything, and I was told the place will be cleaned in 10 minutes. If you've ever cleaned anything in your life, you know cleaning an entire Airbnb SHOULD take more than 10 minutes to clean. I walk in after 45 minutes, and the place is still full of hair (if you know what I'm talking about) on the floors, rug, and bed sheets. Everywhere! I call Airbnb support and they tell me to stay the night. What a giant mistake. I woke up with rashes on my body from all the scratching at night. The host offered to put me in a different room, which is presumably cleaned by the same cleaning people - Umm, heck no. I mainly dealt with the host's brother for some reason. In my country, we have a saying "lo barato sale caro" (cheap things turn out expensive). Steer clear of this place. Airbnb offered a coupon that equated to 20% of the original payment price, which was not much when having to book a long-term stay on such short notice. The location is also not very good and is very far from anything. Just don't do it.
