We had a wonderful weekend at the Pink Pearl enjoying the town of Leesburg and the surrounding area. The house had a great patio area to hand out with my girl friends and we loved how walkable it was to all the areas in Leesburg. Would absolutely book again!

The Pink Pearl is charming, particularly the living room and master bedroom. It sits on Route 15, but road noise is low, because this neighborhood has a 20 MPH speed limit. The tree-shaded patio was lovely; many flowers coming out, and a lilac tree in bloom. Behind the house is a large yard, a great place for kids to run. We were not able to use the Playhouse, a separate building, due to a broken window caused by gale force winds, but it looked very cute! A Safeway is an easy walk away, but is essentially invisible from the house, and proved to be a very convenient place to get things we had forgotten to bring for our trip. The online photos and descriptions of the Pink Pearl were completely accurate; it's old, so floors can tilt a bit, and the back staircase is steep and narrow. The oldest couple used the 1st floor bedroom; the younger adults and kids had no problems. Britt was very accommodating, and her instructions were clear. We hope to stay again!

We can’t say enough about the Pink Pearl! With that name how can you not stay there. Perfect for our girl’s w/end (college besties of 30+ years from the east coast). You can’t ask for a better location and the home was clean, charming, cozy and welcoming. Highly recommend. Britt was always accessible via email and very responsive! A GEM!!!

Beautiful house in an amazing location. The beds were very comfortable, there’s plenty of parking, and the communication with Britt was great.
