This is a great little house on the river. We found it to be clean and comfortable. Nothing too fancy, but has everything you need. The host is great about communicating check-in instructions. This property is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the fire pit and relaxing at the shoreline. The animals are so cute and will come up to the fence to greet you if you walk over.

Such a beautiful place to spend the night. We wish we could have stayed longer. The kids loved the animals.

It is a nice and private place for family reunion or retreat. There is firepit by the river and are some farm animals. People can fish or play water. Very quiet place as it is about half mile from the road.

Stacie was extremely slow to respond to email and only responded to the texts once I called Airbnb to get a full refund. The minute we arrived it was obvious the yard had not been mowed in a long time. There were ashtrays on the front porch with wet cigarettes, and trash on the porch. There was an occupied RV right next to the firepit and the home next door looked like a junk yard. The bathroom was filthy! The faucet with covered with toothpaste splatters and the toilet had muck and hair all over it. The pictures are old and it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. After a brief walk through we left because there is no way we would have stayed. I’m grateful that we got a refund and I hope the owner does a better job checking on the place in the future.
