Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in den Osterferien. Schönes und individuelles Haus für die ganze Großfamilie. Für jeden gibt es eigene Plätze/Orte zum verweilen aber auch einen großen Tisch an den alle passen. Super Küche zum gemeinsamen Kochen mit Megakühlschrank. Es ist alles da und gut durchdacht und gleichzeit leger und gemütlich. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit und der Champagner war auch sehr fein. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Bäcker und ein Fischer sowie ein paar Läden fussläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour parfait ! La maison est parfaite pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis. La literie et les chambres sont très agréables. Le cadre est paisible et l’extérieur est bien équipé. Yvan est très réactif et arrangeant. Je recommande les yeux fermés et ça sera avec plaisir que j’y séjournais à nouveau !

Great stay at a charming house! Excellent kitchen and furnishing, generous dining and living space make you feel at home quickly. The couch area invites to cosy movie nights on the large TV or ukulele singing sessions. Pool, Sauna and the grill house are in excellent condition, however we were unfortunately not able to heat up the jacuzzi. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms well designed despite the fact that some of the bedrooms are a little noisy and you can't completely darken the room, so if you are easy to wake up, you might better bring a sleep mask and ear plugs. There are many charming details such as good smelling soap or a hight-adjustable kitchen work desk. Yvan wasn't there in person, however helpful while texting and responding quickly. All in all absolutely worth a visit and great recommendation!

We enjoyed a short week at Yvan's house in early September with family. Overall it's a nice house with a lovely outdoor area. The location is ideal and we enjoyed exploring Cap Ferret and making the most of the pool and hot tub. The weather was in the low 30s. Due to no mosquito screens on the windows and no fans, everyone found the nights very hot. This resulted in all but one of us relocating to the loft where there was air conditioning & many beds in two dorms - a somewhat unusual experience! In some areas, the house could do with a bit of TLC. For example, in the room we initially stayed in the radiator is hanging off the wall, the door to the bathroom doesn't close & there were a few cobwebs in various corners. The wifi code didn't work, so connection was via a QR code. This was fine for phones, slightly trickier for a laptop but we were unable to connect our baby monitor, so one of us ended up going to bed at the same time as the baby which was a shame. Yvan est un hôte très accueillant et réactif. Ses propositions d'activités et de restaurants ont été appréciées. Le logement est impeccable, il y est agréable d'y séjourner. Je recommande la villa et son hôte.
