condo looks exactly like the listing. Very easy check in. loved the layout. Stocked with absolutely everything you need. Our favorite thing was the balcony it's huge. Very comfortable furniture and oh so peaceful. Definitely on our list of places to stay again.

Kathy was a wonderful host, she was very attentive. The rental looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful view from the balcony both for sunset and sunrise. The condo community is set back so you’re on the beach, tons of chairs available. The rental had an extensive amount of beach chairs, towels and snorkel items etc; which was convenient to have for the beach. The downside to this rental was the cleanliness, this rental was not clean. I moved the chair foot rest, we found baby socks with this red substance on the floor. The shower floor was dirty, the floors in the rental weren’t swept and were sticky. I don’t think the cleaning crew cares about cleaning. We bought cleaning supplies to clean the rental. I did notify Kathy who was very responsive, offering to have the cleaning crew come and clean. We declined, due to have expensive items with us, we didn’t want crew to see. Relative to the price and the location this airbnb was a good find. Just need to work on the cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old. The unit was clean and well stocked. It had everything you could need to travel with a kid. Toys, crib, high-chair, lots and lots of fun pool things. Great location, easy to get to Christiansted and 20-30 minutes to most other places on the island.

Our stay on STX was everything we needed. The condo was as described, clean, convenient, and well equipped. Kathy was exceptionally responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we’re on island.
