Great quiet neighborhood. Gerardo was really communicative and brought us water a couple times since we didn’t have a car. Pool was great and most everything worked great. Only small issue is the WiFi was a little weak in the far reaches of the house.

I don't think I can say enough about the great time we had staying at Gerardo's place. He was an amazing host with a great place!! The duplex was very spacious and was just minutes away from everything (i.e. restaurants, casinos, grocery stores, bars, etc.)!! Gerardo was extremely responsive with any issues that we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. In all, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend Gerardo's place, as we plan to return again!!

Gerardo was a great and proactive host. Upon checkin we noticed they were 3 cameras in the house, one in each living room and one in the kitchen, since we were a group of six ladies we did not feel safe or private, we reached out to Gerardo and he had them removed. The pool is big and has an addition hot tub area, however, due to the external cameras that faces the pool we didn’t feel safe enough to venture in. The house is spacious and the two extra half baths were welcoming. The place was a bit dusty, we ended up mopping the floors for our comfort. The house is a bit dated and could use some work. The location is great, the metro and supermarket is a 5 mins walk away and taxi is constantly passing you by.

Sr Gerardo gretted us with a smile and laughter the minute we arrived. he must is feel very welcime. He was extremely attentive. He responds to all communication within minutes and addresses issues and concerns with appropriate timely responses. We had an urgency unrelated to the property and he stepped in and offered to assist and he resolved our issue. he is respectful and very helpful. we spent much time at the pool and forgot there was a bathroom right outside specifically for it, how great! Sr Gerardo was a great host and we would stay there again.

I don't know where to start. It was amazing. Everything that was described in the description was exactly how it was. He was extremely friendly. He helped me navigate Panamá. He was spectacular. It was a warm welcome, and we had a great conversation. I would recommend it. The place was very spacious. It was clean and had everything you might need. The only downside was that we had to leave, but it also had cameras in the common area. The host was such a sweet person that he surprised me with a birthday cake, which was the highlight of the trip. He is just a genuinely good person. It was easy to get an Uber from the house to any location I needed to go. FYI, Uber is so cheap, I didn't spend more than three dollars on one.
