Unit was well appointed and decorated. Furniture was a step above what most rentals offer. Kitchen had good array of utensils.

Washita Cottage at Carlton Landing is a wonderful place just two doors down from one of the pool/hot tub areas. It had a wonderful screened in porch, comfortable furnishings, and a terrific layout. Lindsay was very accommodating and responsive. One minor hiccup was our cellular service...we couldn't access WiFi calling on our phones (we tried EVERYTHING including contacting our mobile carrier, to no avail), but the WiFi itself was excellent, so one can easily stay connected to the internet, social media, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have dogs as it has a nice sized fenced in back yard. We thank Lindsay and Pam for an enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying here and we feel right at home. My only complaint was the rain but you can’t control that. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much 😊

Great little house! Loved the location and that it was pet friendly. Owner thought of small details for pets which I loved too. Great communication throughout our stay, before, and after.
