the place was great. better then expected. when I had issue, it was always handled very quickly. I stayed for 2 weeks and not 1 complaint.

Beau really helped us out when we needed a place to stay after a previous Airbnb fell through. He was easy to communicate with and his place is beautiful, unique, and comfortable: everything an Airbnb should be! Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

*DISCLAIMER* If you do not like reading lengthy reviews just stop reading and book this place immediately. Beau is an incredible host, yes, but maybe more importantly a good human. I used to love the days of AirBandB when there were no property management groups to sift through and you really were renting from people. My partner and I arrived in Anchorage after being in Juneau for a month and we were excited to settle in. We found ourselves at a spot called 'Slumber...(...something, run as fast away as you can if you happen upon this). the place was SO misrepresented, seedy and quite frankly we felt unsafe. We reached out to Beau at 9:30PM to see if he could accommodate us and we were checked in and settled by 10:15PM. What meant the most to me though was two message exchanges in Beau asked if I was safe because he would not want anyone in that situation. That really meant a lot to me. Now onto the place. The space is absolutely charming and decorated with taste and style. As a former Superhost myself I was impressed. The living room is spacious and has a brand new, giant TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for time away, regardless the duration. There is a big open area that was great for practicing yoga in the mornings. The landscaping and outdoor areas are very inviting. Really every detail is accounted for, you can see the pridefulness that runs throughout this unit. I will end this review as I started, book this place, don't waste one more moment searching. we all have a choice of how to spend our money, and a beautiful place run by a kind and ethical person will get my money every time. Thanks again Beau, you really turned our time in Anchorage around!
