We had a fantastic time! The home had plenty of space for 3 adult couples, was super well-equipped, and in a great location! We could easily walk to the beach with our surfboards or to endless restaurants. Gorgeous and private rooftop. Great wifi for working. Garage parking was easy and good for storing our surfboards. Easy checkin and out. We’d love to stay again!

Fantastic host. Timothy was always there for us. Replying to our messages with a speed of lightning and showing at the property if we asked to. The place is also great with a fantastic view of the ocean, and if you leave the balcony door open you hear the ocean all night long. A few steps down and you are at the beach. Highly recommended.

Nice unit with view of ocean. Comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, etc. "Cleaning fee" really just extra fee. Master shower faucet needs fixing. Timothy always helpful and responsive. Overall very positive experience

This is a good property. Close to the ocean, 1 block. The down side was no A/C and at times the heat was oppressive. Also the commuter rail goes by on the hour and the property is 2 blocks from a rail crossing. The trains long toot their horn 3-4 times every hour on the hour from 5:30 in the AM to 11 PM. Gets old. We were there for 5 1/2 days and on day 4 copious ants appeared on the kitchen counter. There was bug spray available in the unit but with small children, we were very cautious about using it. Many of the windows lacked screens and were difficult or impossible to slide windows, which without A/C makes for sweltering heat at times. Shower in the master bath had real issues with temperature and the diverting of the tub spout to the shower head. The host was great but most of the issues were not fixable during our visit. The owners need to spring for A/C.
