Lovely stay at the Lofts. We booked this for ladies weekend and the location was ideal for The Winter Carnival and parade. The place was as pictured and spotless inside. Linens and towels provided. The steps getting up the stairs are steep but adequate hand-railings to assist. I mention this only if you have someone in your party unsteady on their feet. Overall lovely stay and will recommend!!!

The place is great, big roomy bedrooms, but spa water was cold when we got there. There was an error on the dashboard, called the owner, they said they would send someone tomorrow (not helpful since we booked one night). I wish we had a working SPA as advertised, at this price point i was expecting premium service.

We had an amazing time in this flat in Quebec. Everything was spotless and the jacuzzi on the terrace was definitely a plus. Very nice location in Quebec, close to everything. I would definitely book again!

L’hôte est très réactif et a bien répondu à nos questions. Le logement est très beau et est construit avec des matériaux de qualité. Le quartier est correct mais beaucoup d’itinérants etc Suggestion d’amélioration: -Même si la température extérieure pendant notre séjour était relativement fraiche (20 celcius) il faisait chaud dans les chambres. La climatisation ne fournie pas. -Il n’y a rien pour accroche des vêtements dans 3 des 4 chambres. -Le bar en fait fait jouer de la musique à l’extérieur (!?) toute la nuit. C’est dérangeant. Ce serait bien de leur demander de fermer les speakers extérieurs. Au final nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Merci!
