Nestled directly on the beautiful Lake Erie, Sandy Haven is a rustic, luxury cottage with unforgettable views and all the amenities to keep you cozy and entertained! The expansive windows provide water views of picturesque Lake Erie. Sandy Havens rustic charm will make your stay a relaxing retreat from beginning to end. The cottage is secluded and sits on 2 acres of lush, mature forest with access to our own private beach. The space Outside: A spacious deck with gorgeous views of Lake Erie is surrounded by a large yard and mature forests. Unlike other cottages, Sandy Haven is secluded making for a private, quiet retreat with breathtaking water views and even better sunsets. A fire pit with ample seating is perfect for intimate conversations and taking in stunning views. To access the beach you must go down a flight of stairs. Living Rooms: The living area can be found in 1 of the 2 cabins. Right beside the kitchen making for a large common area for socializing and spending time with family. Comfy couches and chairs are waiting for you after a long day of play at the beach or exploring nearby towns. Warm up by the gas fireplace or curl up on the couch to enjoy your favourite Netflix show on the TV. Streaming services are available for memorable family movie nights. The cottage is also equipped with Wi-Fi for laptops and devices. Dining Room: A large wood dining room table seats six comfortably for meals with family and friends. Silverware, plates, and glasses are provided. The table is also big enough for games or a casual hangout. The dining room is open to both the living room and kitchen, making it easy for the cook to stay involved in the conversation. Kitchen: Wake up to your morning coffee from the Keurig. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a gas stove and all the utensils you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms await your weary bones and make for a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfy mattress and a large wardrobe for storing your clothing. The bedrooms can be found in the second cabin. The walk between the two cabins is 4 meters covered by a roof. Bathrooms: Each luxurious bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures, a vanity, and a large shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. We take extra care to ensure the cottage is cleaned and properly maintained so that your stay will be as comfortable as possible. In addition, we provide coffee for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towel, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap. Have fun! But there are a few house rules we would like to mention. 1. No parties or events whatsoever.** Unless pre approved** 2. We run on septic. Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else. 3. Smoking outside ONLY. 4. All shoes must be taken off at entry. 5. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 10 pm. Breaking any of these rules or damaging the home may result in charges up to $500. Check in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check in or late check out MAY be available per request. *MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT. You must walk a flight of stairs to get to the cottage as the cottage sits on a hill. *You may drive up the gravel driveway to the cottage, or park at the bottom of the hill and take the stairs up on the left of the cottage. The cottage is divided in 2 parts. One part in the living are with Kitchen and the other part is the bedrooms.
