2nd time staying here. Love how close it is to Innovation Depot.
Sarah is a good host who will make you feel welcomed. The apartment is spacious and had everything that we needed to be comfortable during our stay.
Great place to stay for the week! Sarah was super easy to communicate with and prompt with solving small issues that came up! Cozy and clean and safe building and unit. I was nervous about noise from previous reviews but had zero issue with noise and I was there for a full week Monday - Monday. Overall good stay! Immediate location is a tiny bit desolate feeling but I think that’s just downtown Birmingham! Close to railroad park and lots of coffee shops and bars. Honestly was a Perfect jumping off point. Used electric scooters right outside to get around and to get to and from BJCC for work! Bed was so cozy and the AC was great. Overall recommend!
The place is very nice and very conveinently located. The big bed was fabulous.

There is a parking lot for guests located to the side of the building, street parking both paid and free is also available. There are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
