Enjoy a private loft located in the heart of downtown Park Hills. This unit has been completely remodeled with new amenities like kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures while still keeping the charm of the original brick walls. Vineyard Loft #5 offers privacy at an affordable price. Whether you are coming into town for a night, or for an extended amount of time we will cater to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Vineyard Loft #5 is a one bedroom studio with a full size kitchen and bath, walk-in closet and shared spaces that include laundry, sitting area and a patio on the second floor. You will have to climb one flight of stairs to get to Vineyard loft #5. Parking is available on the street or in our private parking lot at the back of the building.

Awesome Providers of a nice place. Everything was as listed in the description. I couldnt find the instruction paper in the loft but everything was easy to figure out and there were notes on everything we needed such as wifi. Bed was nice and everything was safe, would return again and I also recommend 200%

We loved our stay! Ashton’s place was comfy and clean, and above a super fun brewery! While you could hear some sounds, our experience was exactly what was listed in the description - quiet hours when said, and while you can hear noise in the unit, it wasn’t disruptive. If we come back to Park Hills again, this is where we’re staying!

Downtown Park Hills is up and coming with many new businesses. We have a great coffee shop, RaeCole's Coffee Bar; Hand-dipped ice cream, Scoops on Main; and Craft Brews by Four Towns Brewing Company. There is Factory Diner down the street for breakfast and the Old Mine House for Dinner. We often have Food Truck Fridays and local events taking place on Main Street.
