the picture show was incorrect as one of the mic are working and also not providing nor informing us to bring battery of our own until we found out. the pool table imbalance as the balls will slides and sticks was broken, outside compound was horrify, the grass has been adequately maintained, the agent was demanding and rude. he hided all problems until you found out. worst experience ever with this kind of service. the agent was not following the rules and regulations that been set by airbnb rules and regulation and intend to charge more on cleaning services through others platform. i strong not recommend it.

Perfect Homestay isn’t perfect enough. Worst experience ever to be honest. The person in charge didn’t bother to maintain the cleanliness as the floor was dusty and had to call cleaner to clean again while we had to wash the porch because of cat poops, since cleaner mop only inside house. The bedsheet was smelly and had blood stains. The person in charge supposed to clean it earlier before our arrival. Paying big bucks but get peanuts!!!

1. Seamless checking in. 2. Very accommodating host. Despite we did not follow the rules in putting back the house keys and remote control for automated gate at the time of check-up, the host was very patient and did not get upset with us. Instead patiently waiting for us even though their cleaners were there and cannot get access into the bungalow to clean the house. 3. Even though our pax is large and exceeded the permitted number, the host is still very kind and did not insist we pay extra per pax but just paid a small amount for the extra crowd. 4. The facilities are all in order. 5. Tidy and clean. 6. Will surely come back again. 7. Recommend for anyone who wishes to host gathering/party/ big meeting.
