horrible plantation track to get there. many holes and sharp rocks. apartment could do with air con as very hot at night. Mike very helpful and responsive. we stayed 5 weeks but it appeared that most others only stay a few days. kitchen equipment reflected this. people that only stay a few days don't cook, but 3 people staying for 5 weeks definitely do. mike was quick to provide glasses and pots when asked.

The apartment is in a beautiful location with the most amazing view. It is completely quiet and secluded. The fittings and furnishings are all good quality and everything was spotless and in good condition. We like fans rather than air con and doors can be opened on 2 sides to allow the breeze to blow through. The washing machine was very useful to us. The only challenge is the access road which is very rough, too far to walk regularly and difficult even with an SUV. The privacy, quiet setting and view are the reward for the difficult access - you can’t have everything!

The breath-taking view made it all so wonderful. We had a contactless check in and check out. Our weekend at Hummingbird was amazing. All amenities were available and more. Thank you for a wonderful airbnb experience.

Moira was an excellent host! She was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. She was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful, as it allowed us to sync our arrival and departure with ferry timings (we didn't have to worry about leaving the apartment early and then wandering around with all our bags before getting the boat to Grenada). The apartment itself was immaculately clean and comfortable - having all the necessities covered. It's located on a very quiet hillside, and has great open views of the sea and the surrounding area. It is some way away from the main road out of town, however, so while not essential, I would recommend having a car when you are here. It's definitely worth it though! We were really happy with our stay here, and highly recommend!
