Its all in the name - Welcome to Breakwater Cottage! Planning to get away and switch off, this classic 3-bedroom kiwi cottage might be just the ticket. Tidy and welcoming, Breakwater Cottage is well suited for families, and groups holidaying together. Sleeping up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, there is plenty of space for your whole group to relax. Furnished with all the essentials to make for easy holiday living, including air-conditioning for those warm summer days spent trying to cool down, a heat pump for winter to keep you toasty warm and of course the must-have WiFi. Make use of the sheltered outdoor dining area which looks out to the water, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day exploring. Breakwater Cottage is a 3-minute drive to Ahuriri, known for being a vibrant seaside hub for cages with lovely views of the port, local art and plenty of charming shopping spots. Or a 4-minute drive, around the point to the east will have you in Napier central! Where location, location, location meets relaxation - Breakwater Cottage awaits! As the property has unfenced access to the main road and train tracks, adults are encouraged to closely supervise young children while outside.Please note due to the proximity of the train tracks and port, some times of the day can be noisy.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Make sure if you are more than 3 people since there is just 1 Bathroom in the house.
Great location close to port and beach, but busy road and train tracks in front. well appointed in all respects.
A place close to the start of the HB marathon.
I cannot recommend this place at all. We were extremely disappointed with our few minute stay at this property. We do not feel bachcare fully disclose the full extent of how bad the traffic was at the property and the bad smell that was within the property. You cannot talk to the person next to you, watch TV or have a phone conversation when the trucks were passing and that happened more that once a minute, all day long. The smell was unbearable and we left the property as soon as we've established that the smell was coming from within the property. We've stayed at several Airbnb's throughout the world, but this was hands down our worst experience. I cannot recommend a stay at this property to anyone
A nice, tidy and well located house. Close to town and walking distance to pubs. Would stay there again.
