Very safe and central place to stay

Singular stays did not answer their phones nor respond to a single message or email from 10 days right up to checkin. Also their checkin system wouldn’t work which they seemed to expect as they had told us to forward our documents by message which we did. In the end we had to cancel at the last minute via Airbnb support due to neither Airbnb or us being able to contact them and we had to frantically locate an alternative place. We had a similar experience with another corporate host last year. My plan for the future is to only book friendly private hosts and especially ones who provide at least the basics like oil, sugar, salt, pepper etc. The replacement place has all of the above.

My companions and I like the location; the flat is wonderful and ideal for a trip to Valencia. We strongly suggested it. I was made to feel quite welcome by the owner and its employees.
