The flat has been totally renovated and refurbished in February 2019 with a modern bathroom, kitchen, new parkett floor and an outstanding view on the Mont Blanc & the alpes. The flat is on the 8th floor offering tons of light during the day. It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave - oven, fridge and freezer of course, wifi, TV, iron & ironing board and a sofa bed. You have all you need.

The neighbourhood is residential, very green yet only 7 minutes by bus from the city center and the lake. Opposite the building is a tennis club with inside and outside tennis courts (squash, badminton, a climbing wall, a gym, several classes like zumba, yoga, pilates etc.) and a fantastic child friendly restaurant with an outside playground. The premises include an inside and outside swimming pool reserved for residents of the building.
There are tow buses that go into town, to the train station and to one of them goes to the hospital.
The bus stop is directly in front of the building.
There is a grocery store and ATM machine 2 minutes walking distance from the flat as well as a fantastic restaurant, coffee shop, kiosk, wine shop and petrol station.
