The house was nice and for the most part, as shown in the pictures (just missing TVs in the bedrooms). The property seems to be under renovation (not complete), with the outdoor kitchen area missing the roof and no upper cabinets in the kitchen. The only major unexpected issue we ran into was that the green bathroom stank of sewage; Sebastiano is working to get a plumber to fix it. Other than that the kitchen was furnished with utensils, good coffee and functioning TV. There was no internet service but all A/Cs worked and cooled their spaces as expected. He was also very gracious to let us check out an hour later. This is a fantastic place to stay if you want to visit Erice and Trapani!

Maison spacieuse, confortable et propre. La literie est confortable et le quartier très calme. Très bon accueil et communication facile et rapide.
