I booked this place for my parents who were planning to get medical procedures done at the nearby St. Luke’s Hospital. My parents loved the affordability of this place and how clean it was. They shortened their stay because a room at St. Luke’s Hospital actually opened up and it was more convenient, but this location was pretty close-by and nothing beats this price if anyone was looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay. Host was responsive and flexible—my parents were able to pay a little extra for early check-in when they arrived.

The check-in was seamless. They require 1k for incidentals but is fully refundable upon checkout. The building seems brand new. I literally feel like we’re the first to ever occupy the room. They gave us a room at the topmost floor (7/F) which is great since it’s extremely quiet and the room overlooks BGC. There’s an elevator so it’s not an issue. The room is spacious and the toilet is clean with basic toiletries. There’s a water heater and sink. The tv is your basic 14” TV with GMA affordabox — we never used it anyway since there’s no Netflix. The wifi is reliable at approx 10MBS dedicated per room. Reception’s great and I get 5G signal since it’s in Makati. AC is great. There’s a hot shower and bidet. Bed is twin size. There are power outlets everywhere — there’s one near the bed. It is important to note that the location is NOT in BGC, we tried walking to BGC and it took us a good 35 mins so kinda far. Grab and taxis are available except during rush hours since the location is near a high school and it gets crowded. The neighborhood is your typical Makati neighborhood similar to Pembo/Comembo/Rembo/etc. It looks unsafe but people don’t really mind you and it gets quiet at around 11pm. The roads are well-lit so it’s okay. When taking a grab/taxi to and from BGC, it costs between 180-250 depending on your destination. There are tons of sari sari stores and carinderia around. There is also convenience store (Lawson) nearby and a 7-11 a few meters after Lawson. Since it’s a crowdy narrow street, the parking is extremely limited. They have parking for some 5-6 vehicles but it’s usually occupied. In these cases, they recommend parking options nearby. Overall, it’s a good place to sleep and leave your stuff especially if you’re on a budget and has to be at BGC or nearby areas.
