Unfortunately the place needs serious maintenance. A lot of furnitures are bad quality and/or broken. First night our bed broke down, the feet were not even attached. The team was quick to fix it up the next day. The mattress is composed of two mattress toppers which is not a mattress and is way too soft. Bathtub is rusty and crumbling. Not much space in the bathroom to hang towels. Kitchen is seriously lacking ustensiles. Only 2 bowls, no salad bowl. No top shelfs, nowhere to store our dry food. Generally difficult to maintain clean with only a brum and dust pan, no vacuum cleaner, when we have a pet. We were expecting more for a month rental. The bedroom is in a strange shape, so it is difficult to go around the bed. There is always a lot of noise in the streets, not even from people eating out, this stops around midnight, but much later, garbage collection, cleaning... makes the night very uncomfortable. I'm sorry for the low review. I hope this flat will be refurbished.

Bello ma costosissimo. il divano aveva anche delle macchie ho dovuto togliere le federe e rilavarle, il mobile in cucina si è rotto evidentemente era già allentato perché ho appoggiato una borsa ed è caduto rischiando di farmi male per il resto tutto ok ma moolto rumeroso come zona

Stayed for a month and overall it was a nice place to stay - especially, if you’re looking to be in the center of it all in Barcelona (which it is). Apartment itself can use some updating as it’s very old but does fit the vibe of the Gothic Quarter charm. Very communicative hosts who are helpful. Only thing to note is that wifi was very weak bc it is shared throughout the building so remote work (i.e, zoom and video calls) was a struggle at best.

Stayed for a month and had a nice stay! You are definitely paying for a great, central location. The main bedroom is nice, but the second bedroom is not too great. I did not have a need to use that room, but if you are hoping to use that second bedroom for a long-term stay I would not recommend it too much. The neighbors were all super nice and the in-unit washer is a huge plus. I would recommend this unit if you are hoping for a nice, centrally located apartment in Barcelona!

Amazing apartment in the heart of the Gothic Quarter! The Master bedroom is very nice, but another room is not so lovely. Can be a little bit noisy in the evening time because of the nearest restaurants, but the place is amazing!
