The house pictured in the listing is not where you stay, it's actually a room in a multi-unit behind that house, converted motel rooms. No specific check-in instructions other than "with building staff" but when we arrived it was unclear where that "building" was or who the "staff" was. We were trying to get into the house that was pictured, not realising we would be in one of units behind. I called Jeff, he was responsive, sent somebody to open the door to our unit and give us the code. So check in was a little confusing. The lawn is not directly outside the door as implied by pictures. We booked this place to stay with our dog for just one night, so we weren't looking for anything fancy, but thought we were getting a yard for him to play. Inside was clean and as pictured, stocked with snacks and coffee so that was nice. Bed was comfy. Jeff let us stay past standard check out. Everybody was very nice. Overall it was fine but slightly misleading.
