Our post-Christmas getaway at this amazing property was an absolute delight. The house itself is incredible, providing warmth that defied the chilly weather outside. The hot tub, already warmed upon arrival, became the icing on the cake for our relaxation. Stephen's proactive advice and local recommendations were a game-changer - the best guidance we've ever received through Airbnb. Set in a stunning location with an incredible garden, this place exceeded our expectations. Couldn't recommend it more for a perfect retreat.

Lovely bungalow in a very area with hot tub & large garden. House was clean and tidy with well equipped kitchen. BAD POINTS. Hot tub not available upon arrival as it was still heating up so we're unable to use it until next day. Also heating wasn't on in house when we checked in & took approximately 5 hours for the house to warm up enough for us to be able to take our coats off. SUMMARY From being quite excited when arriving to a huge sense of frustration within 10 minutes of checking in. Having rented accommodation with hot tub on regular basis & they're always available & ready to be used. Sadly not in this case. Host advised this is mentioned in welcome email sent 2 days before however I hadn't had chance to look through it and besides the email arrived AFTER the cancellation period expired so very little options anyway.

Great family get away location..we had a brilliant time during our stay here. The house was really comfortable for 3 generations and our dog - very warm, well stocked kitchen for cooking and plenty of space to spread out and relax in the peaceful surroundings. Really comfortable beds and loads of hot water for bubbly baths and showers. Lots of little extras made it feel special. Beautiful garden perfect for pets and kids to explore or just to be looked at from the sun room for the less adventurous! Hot tub was a very welcome luxury we all enjoyed using in the evenings. Loads of great walks nearby and delicious takeaways when we wanted to stay local and was very close to the New Forest for longer days out. Great communication and suggestions from Stephen made our stay really lovely - thank you so much, we will be back!
