Space was spotless and as expected. Omar was Super helpful in getting us acquainted with the area and assisted in finding a delightful restaurant during a very busy and booked time for getting a reservation. We had a party of four and Omar exceeded everyone’s expectations. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a stay in this area or near the cruise port.

There are not many 3 bedrooms available in Ravenna. We got what we paid for and are therefore happy. However, customer service was below par for the a “hospitality” based business. At check in we were pushed many times to accept a 2 bedroom when we reserved a 3 bedroom. We were told many times that only the 2 bedrooms were available. The person that presented the rooms in person could not speak English (he also was wearing a long black trench coat kind of thing with a hat pulled down making it a bit difficult to have a clear view of his face (not a deal breaker, just confusing) and therefore held his phone out for a person that could speak English which was confusing but OK . Only after insisting on the 3 bedroom, that we reserved, and showing live screen from the AirBnB app that our reservation was for a 3 bedroom, the 3 bedroom presented to us in perfect working order except there was no WiFi. WiFi was corrected within 30 minutes of reporting. Overall it was an OK experience.

Our stay at Omar’s Airbnb was great! We had no issues, and he and his father welcomed us and made sure we had private parking. We stayed before a 7-day cruise and they offered to keep my car in available parking onsite. He also operates a taxi and took us to port and back at the beginning and end of our trip. I definitely recommend this airbnb to anyone considering a stay in Ravenna.

L'appartamento é molto carino, pulito e spazioso. Si trova vicino al centro di Ravenna (in macchina sono 5 minuti) ed é molto funzionale. Grande cortesia da parte dell'host
