Spacious home. Great for our family vacation. Short five minute walk to the beach, easy access. Some furniture is worn out. We had two unexpected employees of the management company show up. It would have been nice to have a heads up. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Beautiful location and the house was perfect for our 4 generations (8 weeks to 85 years) to attend a beach wedding. Pool was perfect for the children. Golf cart made travel easy due to a busy holiday weekend. We would love to come back!!
Great home in great location to an awesome beach and everything Destin has to offer. Enjoyed the convivence to the beach side restaurant and the size of the home to sleep many people. Some of the furniture and furnishings were a little worn out for the price point. Also management company communication was sometimes responsive and others not very. The management also showed up unannounced to drop off a bottle of wine which is a nice touch but would have liked a heads up. They did handle a request for more sheet pans and were responsive during that interaction. Be aware that for a house of 26 people occupancy you get 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a few laundry pods and a few dish pods, and a few trash bags. This is disclosed ahead of time, just calling it out so you don't have to buy whole new sets mid-stay. I wish a few more were provided for such a large home at a premium price point. Overall, had a great time and recommend the place.

The Story of Destin Dreamers: In 2016 our founder, Christopher R. Harper, was diagnosed with a degenerative nerve condition and the best doctors in North America gave him 8-10 years before he would be immobile and incapable of walking. Christopher gave away his multi-million dollar company to a godly man in Colorado and moved his family to Destin without knowing how he would make an income or how God would provide but adamant that he would see those last days with his family to the fullest. Our family was told, after the countless surgeries, that the ongoing pain would only get worse since the condition was degenerative. The most we could hope for, after a consistent regiment of pain medicine, was an ability to "cope" with life. Can I tell you that today Christopher is completely healed! After a year here in Destin, you can find Christopher on surf boards (falling more than surfing), running with his kids along the beach and fishing as though he was never affected by his condition. Having not taken a single pain pill in over a year and not even needing the surgically implanted device in his spine to help control his pain, God truly has healed Chris. He refuses to allow a diagnosis determine his future when God is the author & finisher of his faith. Chris and Jamie saw a need for a quality property management company that serves both the guests & owners.
