Large spacious deck with many seating choices, water toys for your use include a paddle board, kayak, floats, and assorted size life vests. Dock has 2 side ties available - both about 25’. Bring your boat or rent one while you are here! Check out the pictures for the "Map of all the bays in Discovery Bay". You can take your boat cruising through the bays (no wake / 5 mph zone) to see the amazing homes on Discovery Bay west side. Cruise over the the East Side and its a whole new world over there. Beyond "Indian Slough" is the fast water zone where you can easily navigate to Stockton or Bethel Island. Be adventurous and plan a longer trip to Benicia, Sacramento, or the San Francisco Bay. There are endless opportunities for exploration. Both bedrooms and the bunk room have SMART TVs. Two fireplaces are in the home, one in the living room for the family evenings. The other in the master bedroom. We are set up for all ages in the family. We have numerous board games to bring back good, old fashion fun. Prefer to play cards? We have plenty of cards, poker chips, and kids specialty card games (like Old Maid). The bunk room has room for the kids to play and a TV so that any game system can be connected. The adults can enjoy the home AND so can the kids. Modern kitchen has up to date appliances, a gas stove, and plenty of work space. Two sinks and the bar seating make a quaint and comfortable area for preparing meals while still being able to interact with the family. All essential cookware, utensils, plates and glassware are provided. Spices and oils etc are in the cabinets for your convenience. There is room for all the guests to eat at the indoor dining table and bar seating area or head outside on the deck where there are two large outdoor dining tables. A BBQ on the deck helps keep the house cool and provides wonderful opportunities to grill with family & friends. We have restrictions to call out: > This is for family holidays & small groups > There are NO parties here. > Quiet time in DB is from 10pm to 9am. Please move your group indoors after 10pm. No outside music during quiet time. > Our neighbors happiness is of paramount importance to us, please follow the rules. Treat it like you would want your home and neighbors treated. Please.
