The place was good for what we went for, a bit expensive but we booked last minute. Ski in ski out was good. The remote to the fireplace was dead so we weren’t able to use that. Tv upstairs wasn’t working either. Like most ski resort stays, it could use some updating. Also not a big fan of having to strip the beds and take out the trash when checking out.

Convenient location for skiing. Comfortable king size bed. Bunk beds are nice for kids. Everything was very clean.

Sugartree is one of favorite buildings to stay in when visiting Sugarloaf because of it's easy ski-in/ski-out location, dedicated ski lockers, and direct access to amenities (pool and hot tub in building, restaurant a short walk). This condo was particularly nice -- well decorate and in good condition. We love the loft. Kid appreciated the bunks over a pull out couch (though note the top bunk doesn't have a rail, which was fine for our teenager but could be an issue for younger kids). Host provided tons of info well in advance. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Ski-in/ski-out and right near the snubber mid station - literally couldn’t be any easier. Located within the same building as the fitness center with access to pools, hot tubs, etc. - and also a cafe with some drinks and snacks. The unit does get very warm so be sure to use the fireplace conservatively and keep the heat low.
