This was the perfect place to stay while in town for a concert at the Bell Centre! Conveniently located, comfortable, and clean. It was especially nice to have off-Street parking available.

Excellent séjour passé à Montréal , une super vue , appartement en plein centre ville. Parking souterrain de grande utilité. Je recommande fortement ! Hôte réactifs.

[1] CLEANLINESS: Very POOR. :-(. I'd upload the pictures if i could but the platform doesnt offer this function. The dishes had dirt stains on them and crusty leftovers. Definitely NOT washed with soap. The top of the fridge and under the bed had THICK layers of dust, old straws, pencils, etc. The balcony had cigarettes butts on the ground. The floors in general were a mess; i had to sweep upon arriving. :-(. [2] COMMUNICATION: Hit and miss. Sometimes quick; sometimes non-responsive at all. [3] LOCATION: The only good thing about this place. [4] OVERALL: I have stayed in nearly 30 Airbnbs over the years. My experiences ranged from ok to great. For the first time, i'm recommending fellow Airbnbers NOT to rent here. The cleanliness is just too subpar. Personally, I would NOT come back here. :-(
