Kelly went above and beyond to make our holiday wonderful. There had been a strange misunderstanding with the size of the little house as the ad, when we booked it, said it had 3 beds. My friend and I travelled from Perth to stay for a much needed break, but when we arrived found it only had 1 bed. I asked Kelly where the extra bedding was and sent screenshots of what we thought we had booked, which clearly showed 3 beds were included. It seems it was a temporary fault at AirBnB's end, which was all very odd. Kelly was so very accommodating, she came to the house with gifts for us, to see if we needed more bedding to make a second bed in the dining room seat (which was very comfortable and the size of a king single), she offered us an upgrade to the bigger house, and on top of everything then gave us a FULL REFUND whether we stayed in the small house or moved to the bigger one! We were blown away by her generosity, her kindness and integrity. We loved our time there!

Stunning accomodation! We absolutely loved our stay. The property was calm and tranquil and we felt instantly relaxed. The little straw house has everything you need. The styling of the place is simple and chic. We loved the projector, that was a fun touch. Fantastic location so close to yummy eateries and great beaches and wineries! We hope to come back again!

An incredible and inspiring space! The Straw house was a beautiful getaway surrounded by nature and wildlife! Kelly was swift and easy to communicate with and everything was as expected; DIVINE! Would stay again!

our stay was beautiful the studio exceeded our expectations, it was perfect even with our little bub we were able to enjoy the stay without any worries. The studio was beautiful presented and the property itself is stunning. Highly recommend will hopefully stay again!
