The house is beautiful and exactly as I hoped it was. Our group consisted of my husband and I, our two small kids, the in-laws and my brother in-law. The home comfortably accommodated our group. Pros: Dog beds, bowls etc. fully fenced in backyard. A short 2-minute drive to the community pool. The community pool is amazing. Close to tons of parks to take kids to. Nice and comfortable furnishings. Private bedrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Empty garage with space for one SUV and four bikes. Plenty of pool towels. Shower amenities. Great selection of kids toys. Cons: Pricey fees. Almost $550 in service and cleaning fees. Obviously WAY more pros than cons. We would happily stay here again.

Furnished with EVERYTHING that we pretty much needed, small appliances in the kitchen, plenty of nice cookware, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, food containers, kids dinnerware, spices, water filtered pitcher, nice oven with built-in griddle, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper, bath towels, pool towels, nice washer and dryer, detergent, laundry basket in every room for your dirty clothes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, clean empty drawers everywhere for your use, vacuum, broom, pool inflatables, goggles, life jackets, portable chairs, pillows and extra blankets, large wall mounted tvs in every room, comfy playpen couch, patio furniture, patio dining, nice bbq (didn’t use though). I mean…all of that made for a very comfortable week stay for 10 of us. The pool area was nice with hot tubs, tunnel slide, floating river and plenty of lounge chairs. I only wish it was closer to Zion National Park. We all had the best time. Thank you, Matt!🥰

Matt was responsive, kind and clearly communicated expectations. The home was beautiful, in a quiet location and felt like home. It was equipped with all needs you could have during a stay. Our dogs joined us on this trip and they were also extremely comfortable there. We visit St. George area frequently and would absolutely want to stay here again. Perfect for a family, a couple and for your furry traveling companions. We have stayed at many Airbnbs and this one was by far in our top favorite stays. Highly recommend.

Our family of six spend a holiday week at this lovely house and really had a great stay! The home is spacious and beautiful, has a nice layout and is well-supplied with everything you need. The beds were super comfortable (and nice linens, extra pillows, etc) and the kitchen was perfect for cooking, which we did a lot of. The outside barbecue was another bonus! We have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s especially nice that they thought of so many things you often need - not only kitchen utensils but also a crockpot, a rice cooker, a blender, etc, even games and books. We used the pickleball courts in the community, and one of us went down the waterslide - extra fun! The area provides some amazing hikes where you can see Anasazi ruins, petroglyphs, and dinosaur tracks, so we easily hit the outdoors every day. Thanks for giving us a wonderful family vacation!
