The house can sleep up to 16, but there will be an additional fee to cover additional expenses and we will make arrangements for additional bedding. In a quiet, wooded family neighborhood just north of Oxford off Highway 7. Very easy access to Sisk, University Avenue, the Square, and Grove. Traffic is much easier on this side of town! There is lots of room in this 4200-sq. ft. home, and we've made it welcoming for guests. there is plenty of social space on the front porch, back patio and upper deck. The living room has sectional sofa, two chairs, and a 65-inch tv. Gas fireplace and piano, if you're inclined to play! The formal dining room has a table for 6 with beautiful lighting. The breakfast room has a round table for 6 (or add the leaf to seat 8 - just let me know) and a wine fridge available. The laundry room has washer and dryer and folding area - guests are welcome to use. The house has NE Sparc Fiber internet, so multiple devices and streaming are a breeze. We have refrigerators in the kitchen (exclusively for guests), laundry room, and garage. We can stock with your favorite goodies upon request. The back patio is an oasis that has outdoor seating for your whole group (14+), a gas grill (gas included in rental), and a fire pit (firewood included in rental). There is a 50-inch outdoor tv on the patio, so watching the game outside is a lot of fun. The front porch has wrought-iron tables and chairs for 8. Primary bedroom downstairs: Very comfy king bed, gas fireplace with mantle and 50-inch tv. The bath has a jetted tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and plenty of space. The 20x60 treadmill and dumbbell set is available for guest use. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor): This large private suite has a queen bed, easy chair, and ensuite full bath. This will be very comfortable for two people. 40' streaming tv. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor): A guest room with full bed which shares a bath located next door. The dresser drawers are empty, so plenty of space to store clothes and good closet space. The office is connected to this room, which has a twin-size daybed that can be used as a great kids' room. There is also an exercise bike in the office available for guest use. The office can only be accessed by walking through the bedroom. Bedroom 4 (2nd floor): Slightly larger guest room with full bed which shares the bath on the second floor. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Bedroom 5 (3rd floor): This whole floor is used as bedroom space - it's subdivided into two rooms, with a 3/4 size bed on one side, and a bunk-room style setup on the other with full-over-full bunk beds, a queen standalone bed, and a queen futon with a VERY thick comfy mattress. This room has a 50-inch streaming tv.
