Casa muito central, permitindo ir facilmente a pé para todos os pontos centrais de Nice. Anfitriões impecáveis, respondendo sempre rápido e dando informações relevantes. Único ponto mais negativo é que a casa é um quinto andar sem elevador.

Great location: old town, 100 meters to the sea, bars and restaurants right at the door. A wonderful host: very helpful, quick to respond to calls and messages. Apartment: excellent price-quality ratio. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, 1 bed + 1 sofa. Cons: last floor and no elevator. For those who find it difficult to walk, may have difficulties to reach the apartment. For sensitive to sound people it can be noisy in the evening. Closed windows, almost solve this inconvenience.

The stay was very good, the apartment is clean and beautiful, the location is the best but in the description it does not indicate that it is the fifth floor without elevator, a total of 9 stairs and only one room had air conditioning

Notre séjour à Nice a été impeccable. Émilie est très agréable, réactive, accueillante et toujours à l’écoute. L’emplacement du logement est idéal. L’appartement lui-même est très bien équipé, aménagé et propre. Tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour parfait a été mis à notre disposition. C’est notre deuxième expérience dans ce logement, et on y reviendra sûrement. C’est un lieu idéal pour passer des excellentes vacances.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment couldn’t be in a better location. It is so close to the beach, and lots of restaurants and bars are all on the same street. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Emilie is a friendly and helpful host. Thank you for making our stay in Nice so enjoyable!
