We had a large 4 family trip planned and this property was ideal for our group. Lots of bedroom options for all the kids and the 3rd floor hangout room was a nice place for the kids to play while the adults were downstairs. The house was spotless and everything worked seamlessly. Beds and furniture were all modern and comfortable. The location is very peaceful although immediate food options in town are very limited in voice and hours of operation. We had a large group and the only place in town basically told us we were too large to accommodate. We drove 20 mins to Ellenville which wasn’t a huge issue. But we aware. Overall Susan was responsive and super helpful. We would all return again perhaps for a different seasonal experience in the spring/summer.

This house was amazing. Everyone was super impressed with it. The living room was great and we loved having space for everyone to be together in the same room. The kitchen was massive, fully stocked, nothing was missing. The rooms were great too, and enough bathrooms and powder rooms throughout the house. The kids loved the third floor and hung out and played up there all the time. The amazing high ceilings all around the house made everything look even bigger and better. The house has a big yard and we loved hanging around the fire pit. Susan was very responsive and accommodating. We only stayed at the house and can’t be a good judge of the area and location, but look forward to coming back and going to the farm to see the animals.

We really loved staying in Susan's home. It had everything we needed and then some. Susan was incredibly communicative and had some great recommendation. The fresh eggs from the farm were a nice touch and our kids loved meeting the animals on the nearby farm.

The house is fabulous. The listing is a bit unclear and it was challenging to figure out how many single people we could fit and make it workable and fair. The downstairs bedroom has only a trundle bed. I was confused by the listing, thinking that there was a trundle bed plus another single bed so that it would sleep three people total in that room. The third-floor also has a trundle bed. There are some furnishings you could theoretically put together to make two additional single beds. Not ideal and no bathroom on the third floor. The second floor has no room with two separate beds. There are two king bedrooms, 3 queen bedrooms, and one room with 2 bunk beds that sleep 4. There is no room with two separate twin beds. All the beds are very comfortable and clean with lovely linens.

5 stars just isn’t enough for this place. The house is gorgeous and was extremely clean and comfortable. The landscape is magical (we were there during peak weekend in fall) and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. My whole group was blown away by this special place. 10/10 would recommend for any large group
