Pretty much just as described, big open house, out in the beautiful Santa Fe Suburbs. Sunsets/sunrises on the deck were spectacular, and the 2 houses provided tons of beds for our larger group. Vacasa was very responsive, only issue, that someone else I believe noted previously is the lockbox codes didn't work, and the wifi info was wrong... had to call in but got it sorted out after a few minutes.

Incredible location. Beautiful house. Breathtaking views. All in all, a great spot. Glad I got to spend my 40th there! For such a nice, large house with many guests, though, some of the amenities could be in better shape (e.g., clothes washer leaking). Wi-Fi is pretty slow, to the point that people with good cell reception used that instead. Kitchen sink needed fixing. So, a few worth improving things, but none of them majorly detracted from our stay.

Mixed feelings; it was in a beautiful spot; clean, with a good layout. However, there were many issues, some of which could have been easily avoided. - wrong check-in code; stood outside in the cold for about an hour while dealing with Vacasa's phone representative who knew nothing about the property. - Finally inside, we lit a fire; the flue appeared to need cleaning as the house filled with smoke no matter which position it was in. - Thermostat seemed to not work; but it took us until trying to shower the next morning to realize there was NO HOT WATER OR HEAT! Reached out and they asked me to check the propane - it was on EMPTY! Meaning no one had bothered all winter to check this. We were left without heat or hot water for over a day of our three day rental. They were very kind and responsive, but only ended up refunding us about 1/4 of our stay; which for not having heat for over a day is not really fair. With better / more proactive management this property would be 5-star.

I thought the place was really nice, but there were times where we didn’t have any hot water for showers or baths, and most of the outlets in one of the rooms in the main building stop charging.

We had a lovely stay at Vacasa New Mexico! We were there for 5 nights for a family vacation/reunion. We had 8 people total (3 couples and 2 singles) and everyone was able to have their own room AND bathroom. Everything was very clean. The main house was spacious and comfortable, with a big kitchen that was fun to cook in (we did have to buy a few staples that we couldn't find in the house, but nothing major). The outdoor deck areas were great for morning coffee or evening cocktails – the desert view was absolutely STUNNING. The guest house was cute as well – 3 bedrooms, with its own little patio and a small kitchenette. Overall it was the perfect place for my family to gather, explore Santa Fe and spend a lot of quality time together over wine on the deck at happy hour. :)
