Rental rules Minimum stay: 5 nights; 7 nights from 25/06 to 02/09 (changeover day on Saturday from 23/07 to 26/08). Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed € 30 to be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
