Michael's place is well equipped with everything you'd need for a few nights' stay. Even though it's winter, the apartment was quick to get warm. The water ran smoothly and with a good temperature. As far as location goes, it's situated within walking distance of both the city center and the Dortmund Hbf train station. There are also subway stations nearby. Overall, good value for money.
