VERY nice apartment, plenty of room, nice kitchen (I did not use). However, NO HOT WATER the first day. After reporting the issue, host was responsive and came to the apartment. Said it was not a big deal and easily corrected, as it does not happen often. After she left thinking the issue was corrected, I jumped in the shower and got hot water for about 90 seconds before water turned cold again. Clearly, there is an issue with the heater that has to be corrected and this unit should not be rented like that. Hot water is one of the biggest, most important and underestimated commodities at ANY place! Make sure you have the whole address (including the building number before check in). Very friendly host. SUPER CLEAN place located at a nice, residential area outside downtown. Thanks!

Sandra's appartment is absolutely gorgeous. Large, modern, well furnished and easy to access in car and on foot. This appartment is one notch above the bests I have rented so far. Sandra is responsive and the communications are smooth and easy. Don't miss this opportunity if you can.

Sandra's flat is very comfortable and in a great location. Everything is very clean and organised. We enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Castelo Branco and nearby villages/towns.
