The main issue with my bad experience has been communication. The house entrance was dark, inside the house was dark as well. side walk with leaves. It seemed that no one lived there. My daughter and I thought we ended in the wrong place. Re checking the house number and unable to make the front door unlock, it felt unsafe. The host texted the garage code through which we were able to get inside. The house was completely dark. We were able to find the room as stated in the picture. However, the room was dusty, guest closet full, kitchen dirty, bathroom as well. We did not find towels where it was instructed. We found one in the hall closet. We didn’t not feel welcomed. I also couldn’t find the host phone number on the app, I asked three times, and that request was ignored. That’s when we started to feel very unsafe. We had to leave the place and find a hotel. The host did not refund, even though our experience was terribly bad. I would not recommend this place for future guests.

great stay comfortable and an amazing host

Diamond was friendly and responsive but we were expecting something different. When we arrived to the area it was dark and we had a hard time finding the house because it was not well lit and the house was dark as if no one was home. According to the instructions, we were supposed to always enter through the garage. Once we figured out how to get in the house by the front door, it was dark except for the Christmas tree. We have to locate the light switch. We feel uncomfortable walking around the house. Finally Diamond came out and welcome us and told us about the usage of the bathroom and the kitchen. She also told us that bath towels are in the hallway closet, it should have been out. We finally went into our room, the room got a weird smell. Also there were loud music in the house and we figured that we cannot relax after driving for 10 hours. We decided to leave and stayed somewhere else.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here while traveling through Florida and Diamond was such a kind host. The room was beautifully decorated and she left out a cute little Mindfulness book. The house was easy to find in a quiet area and we had a great nights sleep to continue our road trip the next day. We would stay here again.
