We really enjoyed the location of Brian’s place. So close to the boardwalk and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in OCNJ. Had everything we needed. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

We had a great stay here, right off the broadwalk and the condo was very cozy. The bed was comfortable, check in was easy and the amenities were good. Just a heads up, the water does smell of sulfur, which isn't too strong unless you are taking a shower. But everything else was great and I would stay here again.

Place is great for 2-4 people. Great location. Needs a few tlc items but nothing over the top. Very comfortable and convenient. Smelled clean when you walked in :). I just believe the cost of rentals in OCNJ is extremely inflated, however this place is nice and I would recommend it if you can afford it. The pool and hot tub area closed early so I never got to use it so make sure to look at the hours and plan accordingly :). Brian the property manager is excellent to deal with.

This two-bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our week of fun and relaxation for us and our two adult children. The pictures and descriptions matched perfectly. It's a great location so close to the boardwalk. Brian was a great host. He was very responsive to us even though we arrived on a holiday.
