We liked the place. The street is very quiet, and it wasn't too far from downtown. The room was actually quite nice, and the AC was strong and comfortable. Fit for two people.

Aside from the hot water in the shower not wanting to work, everything was perfect and my stay was wonderful all the same. Will certainly stay again!

Great little place to stay, bed was comfortable and clean, easy and clear instructions to get there, local AC machine was great at nights

Good for price paid. Clean with no disturbance at all. There is free street parking or garage parking for small fee. This is Clifton Hills neighborhood. Self check in made it very nice because I came in very late and went out to a concert very late. It was thoughtful host left 2 towels. Will stay again. I loved the historical building and old wood stair case. Beautiful.
