Wonderful hosts and very nice space. It was perfect for our family of four while we skied Banff Sunshine and Lake Louise!
Our stay at the Otter’s Den could not have been better. Everything we needed (laundry detergent, dish soap, plenty of towels, plastic bags, hangers, etc) was there and the location was unbeatable - a short and easy walk into town for shopping or restaurants. Caroline was extremely responsive and all of the details listed made everything a breeze.
The Otter’s Den is a cozy and beautiful loft and we instantly felt home away from home. Caroline and Mike are great hosts; we were greeted with a lovely welcome card and some local goodies. The place was spot on and super tidy. It comes with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Otter’s Den is in a quite location, however restaurants and shops are in walking distance. We spent one week and it could not have been any better. Thanks a lot. Hope to be back soon!
What an amazing stay! Our host Caroline was absolutely wonderful - so friendly, helpful, and responsive to our questions. The accommodation was perfect - just the right size for us, extremely clean, and well-equipped. Caroline left us some lovely extras such as milk in the fridge, and a bottle of wine. I couldn't really ask for more - thank you Caroline - we will be back!

Caroline and Mike have been residents of the Bow Valley for over 25 years! They know the area very well and can certainly guide you in the right direction when you are looking for things to do and explore in the area. With 2 boys under 10, they will also be able to provide ideas for activities for the whole family! Although new to Airbnb they have been providing accommodations to hundreds of people for over two decades in their long-term rental accommodations. They are now excited to have the opportunity of hosting on a short-term basis allowing them to meet more guests from around the world. Exceptionally friendly, they are happy to answer any questions you may have.
