Casa Calabardina Beach House is a beautiful, 5 Bedroom spacious villa, across the road from the beach. The villa is set in a manicured garden with a large pool and two large verandas. Casa Calabardina BeachFront Villa is a great home for family vacations, with it’s amazing pool and garden, kids and adults will love the spacious house and surroundings ; lots of room to play , relax and swim . Casa Calabardina has 5 air conditioned bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom,sleeping 10 persons comfortably . It has 2 large verandas ( upper and poolside ) , all bedrooms have separate and direct access to the veranda with panoramic views of the Mediterranean . There's a large adult pool with Roman steps and a little baby pool. The large manicured garden offers comfort, space and relaxation . There are 2 BBQ grills one on the poolside veranda and one on the upper deck veranda . Most guests spend the day on the lower veranda and the evenings on the upper veranda. This recently renovated beach villa has a large salon and a new , well equipped kitchen with attached pantry and utility rooms ( containing washer ,dryer, fridge-freezer , Nespresso coffee maker, kettle , iron , ironing board, dishwasher, microwave , toaster etc etc etc........ The spacious poolside veranda has ceiling fans. The shaded upstairs veranda has a dining area and a lounging area , ideal for evenings. In the basement there is a ping pong table and a fuzball table. CASA CALABARDINA beach house is equipped with high speed internet ( see speed photo ), wifi , smart TV , an internet G Nest and a portable Bluetooth speaker . . The beach directly across the road is ideal for sunbathing and picnics as you can drive your car directly onto the beach . Its my favourite place to swim , however the most popular and the most suitable swimming beach for children is in Calabardina village , less than a 10 minute walk , 2 minute drive away . Checkin in easy. Guests will receive the code to the electronic door lock , including the exact address of the property, directly after payment. There are 6 small beaches within 5 minutes drive . The local village of Calabardina has 7 small restaurants. Aguilas town is 5 minute drive away and has many many restaurants, tapas bars , shops supermarkets. The market on Saturday morning is enormous and typically Spanish.. So if you're looking for a genuine Spanish family holiday experience where 99% of tourists are Spanish , where you can rest , relax and enjoy the real Spain ? Look no further. PLEASE NOTE . Maximum occupancy 10 people , there is a €50 nightly supplement for you every person over 8 persons. Up to 2 dogs are allowed , there is a nightly fee of €39 per per dog. .Unfortunately cats are not allowed.
