Pretty all round bad, the value of airbnb is rarely good but this takes the mick a bit. All the finishing in the house looks like it was done by a very amateur person. Tv has to have the extension dangling from it and crossing the room. As usual for an airbnb no real provisions for cooking are given. Like what are you meant to do with a colander but no good frying pan. A 2 quid aluminium pan from Asda is not good enough really. Not hugely upset that the place was a mess when we arrived but how do you have the gall to charge a high monthly rental price for a week in a hovel? You have 9 other properties, have the decency to not be so greedy, it's not like you aren't already turning a huge profit or rolling in asset wealth. Have a long hard think about the kind of person you want to be. Why do you need more money? Surely you can just settle with a million and just happily live out your life being a better person, get into whittling or something as a hobby instead of exploitation.

If you wish to stay at a rundown cottage then this the listing for you! The cottage wasn’t very clean when we arrived and a lot of things didn’t work/were broken, for instance broken window handles, and the bath which we were told by the hosts after enquiring, is not included with the booking, even though this info is not stated and there’s a photo of the bath in the Airbnb listing… we also experienced an ant infestation whilst staying at the property which Ceri and Kyle were willing to help fix but by the time they responded to us we had already dealt with the problem ourselves. After our stay we decided as a group to ask for a partial refund, which we didn’t expect to receive, but we didn’t appreciate all the wild accusations from the hosts when trying to explain our reasoning for the refund request. Kyle and Ceri will probably request for this review to be taken down for being “inaccurate” but the only thing that has been inaccurate is their Airbnb listing.
