In the photos the apartment looks better. The apartment is well organized, but it is not spacious, as it says in the advertisement. The apartment is located in a relatively quiet location in the old house, after minimal renovation. The kitchen and the necessary kitchenware are well organized, these are the advantages. We had questions with bed linen and towels, they weren't prepared and we had to look for it in the boxes with Maxime's permission. The biggest disappointment was the pillows, which we couldn't use. They are not just soft, but old and therefore unsuitable. I would also like to pay attention to the dirty windows. This contrasts with the clean rooms inside the apartment. Except for these moments, the apartment is nice. To my great regret, I had to point out these flaws in my reviews with great hope that they will be corrected and other guests with full confidence will be able to enjoy their staying in this house. Despite this fact, we are grateful to Maxime.

Great Location and it was easy to navigate from this location. Very clean and the amenities were perfect for our stay. Host is very responsive and friendly. Street parking is a bit confusing, but that seems to be everywhere in Montreal. Overall it was a fantastic stay and the host was very helpful. Grocery store and restaurants are also very close to this location.

We loved staying at this location! The host's recommendations were spot on and the price was very reasonable for everything that was provided to us. Will definitely use this location/owner again for our next visit to Montreal, QC!
