Our home has a 1/2 acre of fenced in pasture with shelter(additional rates apply). Whether you are an equestrian or into golf we are conveniently located to enjoy either of these hobbies while escaping the hustle and bustle of city life. Welcome to our newly built country farmhouse, “Victory Reins.” Relax and unwind in horse country. BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS: Our house consists of three bedrooms plus two bathrooms. The Master suite has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in-closet, and king bed. The second bedroom has a king size bed and our third bedroom is equipped with two full beds, making it an ideal space for either children or two adults to rest and rejuvenate. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Every bedroom has high-end memory foam mattresses, privacy blinds, closet space, USB ports, and smart TVs. Supplies: We supply toilet paper and hand soap. Starter packs of dishwasher tabs, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, shower gel and bar soap. KITCHEN: The kitchen comes fully equipped with a large prep island and a generous amount of seating at the island as well as a dining room table. PATIO: Open up the french doors off of the kitchen and step out onto our outdoor patio and grilling area with an outdoor eating area overlooking the horse pasture. The charcoal grill will give our guests a wonderful backyard BBQ experience complete with patio lights. WIFI: The home has fiber optic high speed WiFi for those that need to work while away. ENTERTAINMENT: Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV at your disposal. Don’t forget to bring your streaming log-in information, granting you access to a plethora of updated shows on popular platforms like Netflix, Prime, Peacock, Hulu, YouTube TV and more. PETS: We do allow a maximum of 2 dogs at our house. We kindly ask that they stay off of furniture and if you should leave the house without them that they be properly crated while your away. Guests must properly clean up after their pets or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. We do not permit cats at our home. This decision is to ensure the comfort of future guests who may have severe allergies to cats. HORSES & BOARDING: We have a 1/2 acre of fenced in pasture if you wish to bring your horse or horses. All fees are per day, per horse. ROUGH BOARD: $25 Coggins must be provided and payment must be made 48 hrs before arrival.
