We had a great time at Allie & Brett's place. Simple accommodation but everything you need and in a great location. We would happily stay here again!

Allie and Brett are kind hosts, and responded quickly. The house however feels somewhat neglected. There were no dish cloths in the kitchen and the soaps were watered down. There was a total of three coat hangers in the entire house. The stairs and upper level are carpeted but could do with a clean. Some of the pillows in the beds stink. Plates and bowls were stacked away with food and oil on them. The garden is all dead and in need of repair.

Allie and Brett's place was exactly what we were looking for. It is situated a short walk from Bridge Road and all the restaurants and cafes. if you have to visit the Epworth hospital, it's a 10 minute walk. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, with the beds being very comfortable. communication with Brett and Allie was easy, with clear instructions on entry into the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and recommend to others. Thanks for having us Allie and Brett.

The place screamed quality and attention to detail in every room. The Richmond neighborhood is close to the CBD but a location in its own right as well. I cannot recommend this place enough.
