We really enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. There was some miscommunication about having a grill at the location but Laura took care of getting one for us right away. I will definitely be coming back to stay. We loved sitting on the back porch area. Very nice and quiet. Just a short walk to the beach and no need to bring chairs or anything umbrella because they have it all!

Everything was like the pictures. Quite area close to the beach. Not far from restaurants and things to do. Only thing that I would have to say is the mattress were very uncomfortably. The placement of the furniture in the living was understandable for conversation but not for watching TV. Very clean

Great place to stay. Great communication to check in and, when we encountered a problem with the door lock, we received great instructions on how to overcome. It. Very close to the beautiful beach. I would stay here again.

This cottage is lovely and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for two couples, and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment for preparing meals if you don’t want to go out. An easy drive to the historic area of St. Augustine, and a short walk to the beach access to a really nice beach. The owner provided plenty of towels and even extra towels for the beach. We were happy here!
