Excellent location honestly you could not ask for more. Peaceful nights in a quiet neighborhood as well as a 5 minute walk to the water!

Neelan’s was very responsive, for example when I asked to use the grill and he provided a propane right way, also I could use the backyard for my two small dogs while there. Everything in the apartment is new and you will find all you need! From kitchen utensils, wash and dry machines for your clothes, shower pressure is amazing, and you can walk to the beautiful neighborhood, or go to a nice trail thru the beach into to a small park trail, great to walk with your dog. One thing to keep in mind is that you are staying in the basement, so no much windows/light, I also though that the apartment would have direct access to the porch/backyard but you have to go around thru the side of the house - which is ok, but just though on sharing as you could think the same when looking the pictures. I also heard the steps upstairs in the morning which I understand we are sharing a house, but when you want to sleep a little more during your vacations is kind of annoying.

You couldn't ask for a better accomodations. As soon as we walked in the door, we felt at home. The living quarters were clean, modern, spacious and private. Our hosts made themselves available for what ever we needed. I will definitely stay here again in the future and would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Pickering.
