Place was nice, kitchen was stocked and peaceful area. It is about a 10 minute drive from town on some gravel roads but wasn’t a bad drive. Would recommend if you had a bigger group or family and needed the space.

We were looking for a place to stay to visit Baker Creek. We couldn’t have been any closer. This place had a very unique layout and would be absolutely perfect for a large family or gathering. I asked ahead for detailed directions and Ms. Elsie gave very precise instructions on how to get there. The animals were an extra special treat. So friendly and adorable. Definitely recommend this location.

We had a really nice time at Elsie’s. Her property is pretty and peaceful, and the big heaters kept the houses nice and warm. Lots of beds and bathrooms with a big kitchen. It is a unique set up. We went to Indian Creek Antiques in Hartville, hiked at Cedar Gap Conservation Area (pretty treacherous terrain but very cool), and went to a candy/gift shop nearby. We discovered Baker Creek Seeds is closed on the weekends though. Take the right side when you get to the double driveway!
