We booked Connie’s home for Thanksgiving week. The location was convenient to Chicago and provided a beautiful and peaceful spot to enjoy Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well appointed and cooking and preparing our meals was a joy. The spaciousness of the living space was lovely and the view of the sunrises and sunsets over the lake were spectacular. I would definitely consider staying again when I am in the Chicago area.

Connie’s lake house was perfect! Exactly what we were looking for, a nice quiet place by the lake. Her place was clean and cozy, love that I can look out the window and see the lake. Definitely would recommend.

A really lovely place to stay in early autumn! We were in the area for a family reunion, and wanted a house that could hold my parents and our dog. This place fit the bill. Excellent location on the lake, with a huge backyard for our dog.

Connie was an amazing host as she was flexible and made our stay as comfortable as possible. The home is a great place to stay and relax. Very spacious with enough bedrooms and accomodations for a big family or several guests. The location is great and quiet and the lake with the amenities to kayak made it very enjoyable. If you are in the area and want a quiet place to relax, Connie's home is great.
